Do you accept my insurance?
We work with all major dental insurance providers, including union insurance plans. We are a preferred provider with Delta Dental. Due to changes at the state level, we can no longer submit claims for Medicare and Medicaid plans.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
All new patients have a brief set of intake forms to fill out. Bring your dental insurance information to your first appointment. You'll be given a tour of our facilities and meet your healthcare providers. Most new patients are in need of a routine cleaning and exam, and your needs will be assessed when you call to book your appointment.
Do you treat children?
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and stages in life. Our doctors, hygienists, and assistants are all trained and have experienced treating children and patients with special needs.
Can I use my HSA or FLEX account at your office?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FLEX account to pay for your treatment or any portion of your bill not covered by your dental insurance. We can provide you with a receipt of services for your records.
I'm considering investing in my smile. How do I know what my treatment options are to achieve my goals?
Call to schedule a consultation with one of our doctors. With our advanced diagnostic and restorative technologies, we can provide treatment options not available at any other general dental office in the region.
What are the advantages of digital x-rays?
Digital x-rays provide high resolution images of your teeth instantly, which we can show to you when diagnosing any problems you may have. They also speed up the claims process with your insurance, when necessary.
I can't even remember the last time I went to the dentist. What should I do?
First off, don't be embarrassed by your past dental care, or lack thereof. We never judge. We are here to help you get on track, because your dental health is an integral part of your overall health. When you call to schedule, be honest. It helps us to best serve your needs at that first appointment.
I have anxiety about receiving dental treatment. What can I do to overcome it?
Be up front when you call to schedule your first appointment. Your needs will be assessed by the doctor at your first appointment. If you would like to tour the clinic and meet the staff prior to your first appointment, we would be happy to arrange it. Most of the time, our environment and care alone put patients at ease. Further treatment options can be discussed with your doctor if necessary.
What is so special about having an in-house dental lab?
Our advanced technologies allow us to deliver the highest quality, most precise restorations in the region. Some may be wowed about the ability to do a same-day crown or veneer, but really its the ability to design and fabricate to our high standards that really sets us apart.
What are my payment options if I don't have dental insurance or a procedure isn't covered?
We offer a 5% discount on your portion of the bill if paid in full prior to or at the time of treatment. You can speak with our patient-care coordinator about short-term payment plan options. We can also assist you with enrollment in Care Credit.
